In today’s episode, I am interviewing Jennie Norris who is the Chairwoman of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), the world's largest home staging trade association.  She is the President & CEO of Stagedhomes.com, educating real estate agents and stagers worldwide.  Jennie also owns and operates Sensational Home Staging serving the greater Denver region.  Since 2002, she and her teams have staged over 5,800 properties for sale and over $3 Billion in real estate. From developing curriculum, mentoring colleagues, providing leadership to thousands of home staging and real estate industry professionals, Jennie is dedicated to advancing the standards of home staging and the valuable services we provide.  She is a marketing and social media guru, best-selling author, and contributor to Inman News, NAR Magazine, and RIS Media.  Jennie currently lives in Littleton, CO with her husband of 34 years, and is a mother to four grown children.

If you’re in the process of selling your home or preparing your house to sell, this season of the Behind the Renovation podcast is perfect for you.  Over the next few weeks, I am interviewing industry professionals and related businesses for the Home Selling Success series to help you understand what home selling and buying look like in 2021 and how you can prepare yourself for the good, the bad and that elusive virtue called patience.
